Helen "Pat" Foster Obituary (1947

Helen Patricia Foster, 71, of Keosauqua, Iowa left this life and entered into Heaven on October 7, 2018. "Pat" was born on April 2, 1947 in Omaha Nebraska to John William Good and Helen Marie Werts. She graduated from Valley High in 1965. Pat was married and divorced, she had no children. In her earlier years, Pat was a C.N.A. and served as a Hospice volunteer. She traveled the U.S. being second driver to her husband in their semi. She lived in all the mid-western states plus Tennessee, Louisiana and Alabama. She loved music, dancing and reading. Her great sense of humor will be missed. She was a resident of Evergreen Estates in Cedar Rapids for several years before moving to Keosauqua Health Care Center to live closer to her friend, Lil Perry. She greatly appreciated the staff of the Care Center and the wonderful people of Hospice who provided her with comfort and friendship. She has been cremated, per her wishes. No services are planned.
